Frequently Asked Questions:


What payments are accepted?

I accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards at Paypal.


What is your shipping policy?

I ship with USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Please allow up to 3-5 business days for me to prepare and ship your order to you.  (if you need it sooner please let me know in the Notes section at the checkout.)  Please allow 1-2 weeks for larger orders (since I may need to order more supplies).

Please note that the address you have on file at Paypal is the address that I will send your order to since I will use Paypal shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping overage refund:

The shipping cost includes the price for shipping, handling, and packaging supplies so that your order arrives safely to you.  I will refund any difference over $3.00 to your account.


Sales Tax:

There is a 6% sales tax for Maryland residents.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.  First Class International shipping takes anywhere between 2-10 weeks for your order to arrive. 


What if the cart/checkout doesn't work?

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.  If that doesn't work, switch to a different browser, or try a different device, or a different network.  There may be a security setting or firewall that keeps the shop from working properly.  If it still doesn't work, please contact me and I will look into it with the web host.


I am local, can I pick up my order to save on shipping?

If you would like to pick up your order at the Long Gate Shopping Plaza in Ellicott City, MD please type in coupon code LOCALPICKUP at the checkout and there will be no shipping cost applied.  Then I will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.


What if my order is a gift?

I typically do not include order receipts in any of the packages. (If you would like a receipt please print the Order Confirmation email.)  If your purchase is a gift for someone, I would be happy to add a gift note.  Please let me know your gift message in the Notes section at the checkout.  Please also include the recipient's address in the shipping section at the checkout and I will ship it directly to them.


Do you do wholesale?

If you are interested in wholesale, please contact me.


What is your refund and exchange policy?

I try to make sure that my creations are of the highest quality for you.  If for some reason you find that your order is not satisfactory, please contact me.  Due to the nature of my bath and body products, for sanitary reasons I cannot accept returns on those (unless it is unopened).  I also offer a refund when needed.  The soap or lotions contain natural ingredients that may discolor over time.


Additional Info:

No animal testing on any of my bath and body products, just testing on friends, neighbors, family and zombies.  Several of my products may contain nut oils, so if you have an allergy to nuts please double check my ingredients (in the listings) to make sure there are not any in the products you would like.
